Memento Yearbook is a state-of-the-art online layout tool created for designers of all levels. All aspects of its design were carefully considered, using the MementoPix team’s 16 year’s of hands-on experience in the yearbook and photo book industries, incorporating feedback from our valued customers. Built for security, teamwork and fun, Memento Yearbook lets you create yearbooks online using any internet connected computer – Windows, Mac, or Chromebook.
The Beta release features thousands of backgrounds and decorations to embellish your page, suitable for all school levels and styles. Drag-and-drop editing with positioning guidelines and an evolving, powerful set of design tools make the layout process a pleasure. Portrait panel pages have never been easier – update info and restyle portrait pages in a few simple clicks. Team-build yearbooks are a breeze – create permission-controlled team logins, assign pages, comment & review work, and track page completion rates to get the job done before deadline. Collect photos safely from your entire school community and keep them organized in easy-to-manage albums. Completed books run through a careful proofing and review process before being submitted to the printers, avoiding delays and costly mistakes.
The application features tool tips, linking to a complete collection of illustrated how-to articles and video snippets. Memento Yearbook includes privacy protection tools to keep your kids safe – it’s compliant to data privacy acts (US, International). You can also trust Memento Yearbook to use the latest Internet security technologies – SSL encryption, secure login and other features to keep schools.
The Beta release of this powerful new yearbook system is currently being deployed to around 100 schools and yearbook companies. The application will be further enhanced during the Beta period, with new features being rolled out in the months to come. The application will be ready for its full production release in time for the 2019-2020 school season.
